Time Frame

Our Time Frame Policy for KUROHANA Wagyu Meat ensures that all Meats are delivered to our client or customers within the shortest time frame possible without compromising on the quality and freshness of the KUROHANA Wagyu Meat. We understand the importance of timely delivery for our client(s) or customer(s), and we make every effort to get the product to our customers as quickly as possible. 

Note:  Please note that delivery services are not available on Friday,Saturday and Saudi Arabia holidays. Delivery time is typically 2-3 working days, depending on location. We deliver within the Saudi Arabia Riyadh Only.


Here is our policy for time frame of delivery:

  • We process all orders as quickly as possible and deliver them out within 2-3 Days. However, please note that orders placed on Friday Saturday or holidays will be processed on the next business day. While we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please keep in mind that Friday Saturday and holidays are rest days for our company, and we will not be able to deliver meat items on those days, but we are still open on receiving the orders of our valued clients and customers and update them directly on the contact information they will provide.
  • We work closely with our delivery team to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated time frame.
  • In case of any delay, we will inform our valued client or customers immediately and provide them with regular updates on the status of their order.
  • We will make every effort to deliver the product to our customers as quickly as possible and provide them with an invoice number so that they can track their order.
  • We stand behind our products and ensure that the Kurohana Wagyu meat is of the highest quality and freshness when it reaches our valued clients or customers.
  • We appreciate your business and will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of our KUROHANA Wagyu Meat.

We deliver our products only within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Delivery is handled by our company.

・We also offer a local pickup option for clients or customers who want to pick up the order from our facility.
・We will make sure that all orders are packaged properly and delivered in a timely manner to ensure that they reach our customers in the best possible condition.
・We will provide our customers with an invoice or tracking number for their order so that they can track the status of their orders.
・We will not be responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
