At Dark Cow Trading Company we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of any item within the same day of Kurohana Wagyu Meat Delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require a photo of Kurohana Wagyu Meat that you received with any issues or receipt/invoice and any proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a return or exchange. These include the following details below.
- Cut out or chop.
- Custom-made or special orders
- Open packaging
- Half used.
- On sales or promotion
- Not return for more than 24 hours
Return Process
Purchased or ordered Kurohana Wagyu Meat must be requested right after or during receiving the item(s).
Refunds or Exchange
The initiation of the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Exceptions
Our refund policy generally allows for refunds on Kurohana Wagyu Meat that are damaged when the time you received the meat or not as described. However, there may be certain exceptions to this policy such as:
- Kurohana Wagyu Meat that have been custom made or special orders acquired by the client or customer specifications.
- Kurohana Wagu Meat that have been half used or damaged by the client or customer.
- Kurohana Wagyu Meat that is not return on the given date or refund policy timeline.
- Kurohana Wagyu Meat that are not in their original packaging or condition.
- Kurohana Wagyu Meat that are not returned with all original documentation or photo proof.
- Kurohana Wagyu Meat are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Cancellation: Please be advised that Online shop has a strict cancellation policy which requires that any cancellation requests for orders with special requests or remarks must be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order, as we are unable to accept cancellation requests after this time.
Approval or Rejection
At Dark Cow Trading Company we understand that sometimes the Kurohana Wagyu Meat item you received may not meet your expectations. We have a process in place to review and approve or reject requests for refunds, return or exchange.
When a client or customer initiates a refund, return or exchange request, our customer service team will review the request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our refund, return or exchange policy. This includes but not limited to:
- The Kurohana Wagyu Meat item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- A photo, receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Once the customer service team has reviewed the request, they will notify the valued client or customer of the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, the customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the item and process the refund or exchange.
- If the request is rejected, the valued client or customer will be provided with the reasons for the rejection and any options that may be available to them.

BANK REFUND PROCESS
Customer refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the debit/credit card.
